Are you ready for a cold night of Trick or Treating?! Halloween weather is so unpredictable. My husband remembers his mom sewing him a nice warm bear costume for Halloween only to have a warm night and he was sweltering! The weather was wonderful for Trick or Treat on Washington Street and I had high hopes it would carry through to this Friday!
