Fall is here and the school aged kids are back in school. I have two school aged kids and a two year old at home. Each year since my oldest started kindergarten, I have dreaded the onslaught of bugs that seem to enter each fall and keep on coming until school is out for summer. This past spring I began looking into essential oils as a way to support my children’s immune systems because every month, without fail, one of the kids was bringing home a bug that would cycle through everyone in the house.
